Instructions:

Stand up straight and holding a golf club in one hand, place it behind your shoulder, pointing down. Now grab the bottom of the club with your opposite hand by reaching across your body. Slowly lift the club toward parallel with the ground until you feel a stretch in your shoulder. Repeat on the other side.
